Hosted by Erika Brouwer
This summer we are going to cook some healthy and fun veggie recipes. Erika Brouwer will host the cooking evening in August. She is a vegetarian and loves experimenting with new recipes.
In her own words…
I would like to show you some of my vegetarian recipes which my kids love. Holidays is over unfortunately but what about to have some holiday styled dinner?
Loads of vegetables at once. That’s healthy and that’s what we all want for our children and ourselves 🙂 So many deliciously looking vegan and vegetarian blogs. Moreover the less meat consumption could help huge pollution impact and so the heating of our planet. I’ve been vegetarian for over 12 years and love to try new recipes from all over the world. Then it’s almost as I would be traveling in my kitchen 🙂
We will start with a salad starter – with taco boats made up of (Sla) Lettuce, and the filling will be fresh veggies of just about every color.
Our main course will be rolls of grilled egg-plants (aubergine) with tomato basil sauce.
